Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how SolviOnyx Optimization Solutions, powered by Arrington Innovative Solutions, LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies on the Revenue Integrity Index™ (the “Service”). We keep our cookie usage minimal — we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as whether you are signed in — so you do not have to re-enter it on every page. Cookies can be “session cookies” (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent cookies” (stored on your device until they expire or you delete them).
2. Cookies We Use
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the Service. The table below describes each one.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
sb-* | Authentication session cookie set by Supabase. Keeps you signed in to your account (used by white-label resellers and administrators). | Session / up to 7 days |
We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking cookies, or any cookies that track your activity across other websites.
3. Third-Party Cookies
We do not intentionally allow third parties to set cookies through the Service, with one exception:
- Stripe: If you access a payment or checkout page powered by Stripe, Stripe may set its own cookies to process the transaction securely and detect fraud. These cookies are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Stripe cookies are only present on checkout pages, not on the assessment or report pages.
4. Managing Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:
- View cookies that have been set and delete them individually
- Block all cookies or block cookies from specific sites
- Configure your browser to notify you when a cookie is set
Please note that if you delete or block the authentication session cookie (sb-*), you will be signed out of any account and will need to sign in again on your next visit. The assessment itself (no account required) is not affected by cookie settings.
For instructions on managing cookies in your browser, see your browser’s help documentation or visit allaboutcookies.org.
