These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Law Firm Efficiency Index™ (the “Service”), operated by SolviOnyx Optimization Solutions and powered by Arrington Innovative Solutions, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service — including completing an assessment, viewing a report, or creating an account — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a law firm or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
The Revenue Integrity Index™ is a revenue diagnostic assessment tool for law firms. The Service collects your responses to a structured questionnaire and uses them to calculate a Firm Efficiency Score, estimate monthly revenue leakage, and generate a report containing operational observations and recommendations.
The revenue leak estimate and efficiency scores produced by the Service are directional business estimates intended to help you identify operational gaps. They are not financial statements, audited projections, legal opinions, or professional advice. The Service is educational in nature. Use of the Service does not create a professional, advisory, or attorney-client relationship between you and SolviOnyx Optimization Solutions or Arrington Innovative Solutions, LLC.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your assessment responses and any contact information you submit.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service’s security features.
- Not reproduce, copy, resell, or exploit the Service or any output it produces without our express written permission.
- Not use automated means (bots, scrapers, or similar) to access or extract data from the Service.
- If you are a white-label reseller, comply with the additional obligations set out in Section 6.
4. Disclaimer — Revenue Estimates
The following disclaimer applies to all revenue leak estimates, efficiency scores, and financial figures produced by the Service:
The estimated revenue leakage shown in this report is a directional business estimate based on the responses provided, general conversion assumptions, and configurable industry benchmarks. It is not a financial audit, accounting opinion, guarantee of recovered revenue, or legal or business valuation. Actual results may vary based on business model, market conditions, implementation quality, staffing, and follow-through.
You acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and that you will not rely on any output of the Service as a substitute for professional financial, legal, or business advice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and all content it contains — including but not limited to the scoring methodology, assessment questions, resolution library, report templates, brand names, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to Arrington Innovative Solutions, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
“Revenue Integrity Index™” is a trademark of Arrington Innovative Solutions, LLC. Unauthorized use of this trademark is prohibited.
Your report is generated for your personal or organizational use. You may share it internally within your firm. You may not resell, publish, or publicly distribute your report without our prior written consent.
6. White-Label Resellers
If you have purchased a white-label plan, you are authorized to offer the Law Firm Efficiency Index™ diagnostic to your own clients under your brand, subject to the following obligations:
- You must present the disclaimer in Section 4 to your clients, verbatim, in any report or interface where revenue estimates are displayed.
- You may not misrepresent the Service as proprietary technology you developed independently.
- You are responsible for obtaining any consents required by applicable law before collecting and transmitting your clients’ data to the Service.
- You may not use the Service or any data obtained through it to train machine learning models, build competing tools, or derive competing scoring methodologies.
- Your white-label subscription is non-transferable. You may not sublicense, resell, or share your account credentials with third parties.
- Termination of your subscription terminates your authorization to offer the Service to new clients. Existing client reports already generated remain accessible subject to applicable data retention periods.
White-label resellers remain bound by all other provisions of these Terms in addition to the obligations in this section.
7. Plan Capacity, Prospect Capture & Access
This section applies to white-label reseller plans, which include defined usage capacity.
- Plan capacity. Each subscription tier includes a defined member (client/prospect) capacity and a published-assessment limit (currently Solo: 500 members / 1 assessment; Growth: 3,000 / 5; Agency: 10,000 / 25). Additional capacity may be purchased as recurring add-ons.
- Prospect capture is uninterrupted.Inbound submissions through your diagnostic funnel are always captured and stored, even beyond your plan’s included member capacity. You never lose a prospect due to a capacity limit.
- Access to over-capacity records. Member/prospect records beyond your active capacity are retained but access-restricted — not viewable, exportable, or actionable in your portal until you add capacity or upgrade. Restricted records are never deleted as a result of exceeding capacity.
- Unlocking. Purchasing additional member capacity (or upgrading your plan) restores access to previously restricted records, up to your new capacity, effective immediately upon payment.
- Data ownership & export. You own your member/prospect data. Export and full access require an active plan with sufficient capacity for the records in question.
- Downgrade / cancellation. On downgrade or cancellation, records beyond the new (or zero) capacity become access-restricted but are retained for a 90-day window during which you may re-subscribe or request an export, after which they may be purged.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SolviOnyx Optimization Solutions and Arrington Innovative Solutions, LLC and their officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive — including but not limited to Sections 4, 5, 7, 8, and 10 — will continue to apply.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which Arrington Innovative Solutions, LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
