Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how SolviOnyx Optimization Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), powered by Arrington Innovative Solutions, LLC, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Revenue Integrity Index™ (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated as you use the Service.
Contact Information
When you begin an assessment you may provide your name, work email address, phone number, and law firm name. Your email address is required to deliver your diagnostic report; all other fields are optional.
Assessment Responses
We collect all responses you submit during the assessment, including your answers to questions about your firm’s lead volume, follow-up practices, consultation conversion rates, operational workflows, practice areas, and technology readiness. These responses are used to calculate your Firm Efficiency Score and estimate your revenue leakage.
Usage Data
We may collect standard server-side usage data such as pages visited, timestamps, and referring URLs. This data is used for service improvement and is not linked to your personal identity.
White-Label Accounts
If you access the Service through a white-label reseller, we may also collect the firm name and any additional fields configured by that reseller, as well as a record of which white-label account referred your session.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing Your Report: Your assessment responses are scored and used to generate your personalized Firm Efficiency Score, revenue leak estimate, and resolution recommendations.
- Delivering Your Report by Email: Your work email address is used to send you your diagnostic report and any follow-up materials you requested.
- Program Outreach: With your submission you acknowledge that we may contact you to discuss the VIP Platinum Founders Program and related services offered by SolviOnyx Optimization Solutions. You may opt out at any time.
- White-Label Reseller Access: If your session was initiated through a white-label reseller account, the reseller may access your firm name, contact information, scores, and report to fulfill their service obligations to you.
- Service Improvement: Aggregate, anonymized data may be used to improve the scoring methodology, benchmark figures, and recommendation library.
- Legal and Compliance:We may use your information to comply with applicable law, enforce our Terms & Conditions, or protect the rights and safety of SolviOnyx Optimization Solutions, Arrington Innovative Solutions, or others.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Supabase: Our database and authentication infrastructure is hosted on Supabase. Your assessment data, contact information, and account records are stored in Supabase-managed databases.
- Resend: We use Resend to deliver transactional emails, including your diagnostic report. Resend receives your email address and the content of messages we send you.
- GoHighLevel: Contact information you submit may be sent to GoHighLevel, our CRM platform, to manage follow-up communications regarding the VIP Platinum Founders Program and related services.
- Stripe:If you or your organization purchases a white-label plan, payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers; Stripe’s privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
- White-Label Resellers: If you access the Service through a reseller account, that reseller has access to your session data and report as described in Section 2.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SolviOnyx Optimization Solutions, Arrington Innovative Solutions, our users, or the public.
4. Data Retention
We retain your assessment responses and generated report data for up to two (2) years from the date of submission. This allows us to support follow-up consultations, benchmark comparisons, and re-assessments.
If you create an account (for example, as a white-label reseller), your account data is retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 5).
5. Your Rights

6. Cookies & Tracking
We use a limited set of cookies necessary to operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Authentication Session Cookies: When you sign in to an account (for example, as a white-label reseller), Supabase sets session cookies (prefixed with
